My journey here has not been straightforward.

When I chose to go to Virginia Tech as a high school junior my goal was to excel as an Environmental Resource Management major. I had an attachment to the field from my father’s work, my love of nature, and my interest in the field. As time went on a realization occurred of my true passion, sports media.

Since my sophomore year I became increasingly involved in sports media, going from working with a student organization to fully transitioning to the major. I have wrote articles since my sophomore year, broadcast soccer and basketball since my junior year, and was a co-host of the 3304 Sports Podcast for roughly two years.

My time in this field has been nothing short of incredible. I have had the privilege to work with incredible people, call fantastic games, and ultimately take part of an industry I truly love. This industry has my heart and I’m excited to share my drive and passion in my work.
